Recently I saw in the news the Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra. Spoelstra made a courtesy call to President Noynoy Aquino.Spoelstra is here in Manila for a series of fitness events for the NBA FIT program.
For many who doesn't know what NBA FIT is. It is the league's global comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages physical activity and healthy living for children and families through programs and events.
