Are you FIT?


Recently I saw in the news the Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra. Spoelstra made a courtesy call to President Noynoy Aquino.

Spoelstra is here in Manila for a series of fitness events for the NBA FIT program.

For many who doesn't know what NBA FIT is. It is the league's global comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages physical activity and healthy living for children and families through programs and events.

For the first series of their events, the Air 21 FIT Run on August 7, 2011, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Time : 5:00am to 10.00am (TBC)

Entry Fee : 3k – PhP 400 5k – PhP 500/
